How Do I Get One?
HRPOA Board has designed and ordered a decal, for vehicles and ATVs, that identifies you as a Highlands resident. The cost is $1.00 per decal. The vehicle decal is placed on the lower corner on the driver side of the front windshield.
"Do I Need One?" - Originally, the idea was that if the Highlands are evacuated due to fire or other emergency, this decal would make it easier for police and/or other emergency personnel to identify you as a Highlands resident and allow you to return to your home when the emergency is over. Truth be told, you probably don't need one as your NDL with your address in the Highlands carries more weight legally. That being said, they are pretty cool nostalgic items.
